Biotrend Energy, a subsidiary of Doğanlar Holding, was established in 2017 with the aim of becoming a technological production and application center as well as making investments in alternative energy generation. Biotrend Energy has a total of 17 facilities, including 9 integrated waste management and BES, 6 BES (biomass power plants), 1 solid fuel preparation and 1 greenhouse facility. It meets the energy needs of hundreds of thousands of households by converting garbage into electricity at 17 facilities in 9 provinces in 6 regions.
